This 1HR session can be used between package sessions as a way to integrate and discuss the shifts that occur after your first session or between sessions in a Package. Sometimes we need some space to just speak our about our experience or accomplishments or challenges, or take some time between sessions in order to adopt transformation more gracefully and in your own time. Session is an hour long and can be booked anywhere, anytime along the process.
